Initial Intake –
During a phone consultation we will discuss major concerns and schedule face to face consultation.

504/IEP/Eligibility Review –
Conduct a thorough review of 504/IEP/Eligibility documentation/Assessments.

Consultation —
Result of consultation will include professional recommendations and next steps.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES:

• Other school options 
• Homeschool Q and As
• Help with choosing curriculums and types of homeschool
• What resources are out there for specific needs
• Help guiding with concerns of early childhood development
• Facilitation  between families and services needed 
  (OT, SLP, PT, Educational Evaluations, counselors, etc…)
