donnaDonna Siegle:  Executive Coordinator

Donna has 17 successful years of experience teaching in a variety of classroom settings.  She earned a B.S. from East Carolina University in Special Education,  a K-12 Reading Licensure, with a concentration in Psychology.She is also certified K-6 Elementary Education.   Donna has been trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach for teaching students with dyslexia; she is an Associate, with the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators. She has also served as a Curriculum Coordinator, Testing Specialist,  and an EC Case Manager.


Robin D. Seamon: Business/Program Development

profile picRobin has a B.A. in elementary education  and psychology from the University of North Carolina in  Chapel Hill.  She is further certified to teach Middle  School Science.  She has 15 years of public education  experience in a variety of grade levels.  She has taught  high school art, elementary grade levels, as well as  science and social studies at the middle school level.  Her  experience extends to over 18 years of developing and managing tutoring programs in reading, writing, ESL, and art.  She speaks Spanish and her personal interests include gardening, hiking, native foraging & wild foods preparation, photography, painting, sketching & journaling, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and teaching English as a second language.

Mary Beth Brandon: Office Coordinator

MB photo (2)Mary Beth has over 12 years of experience teaching in a variety of classroom settings, working in child development and being part of School Administration.  She earned a B.S. from the University of Hawaii in Family Resources. She has worked with children of all ages and has a true passion to help each individual child.  She is married and has 3 young children. In her spare time she enjoys family and friends, going to the beach, and being outside.

 Paul Pedziwaiter: Tutor

Paul has been tutoring high school and college students for eight years. Coming from BuPaulffalo, NY, he joined the AOP Tutoring team in Geneseo, NY in 2011 and SOAR Tutoring in 2014. He received a BA in Music Composition and a BA in Spanish Linguistics from SUNY Geneseo near Rochester, NY. Currently, he is completing his master’s degree program in Music Composition for Film at UNCSA. His personal interests include drawing, jogging, playing piano, and reading.

Connie has been teaching for 21 years in a variety of classroom settings. She has taught students in grades K-8. She earned her bachelor’s from Salem College in Psychology and Special Education K-12.  She earned her Master’s Degree in Reading K-12 from Appalachian State University. Connie earned her Academically Intellectually Gifted Certification (AIG) from University of NC Charlotte. She is certified in the Wilson Reading Program and has some training in the Orton-Gillingham Reading Program. She currently teaches for WS Forsyth County Schools. Her personal interests include reading, exercising and spending time with her family.

Mollie Mayse, LPA:  Licensed School Psychologist

Mollie Mayse is a licensed school psychologist.  She has over 10 years of experience working with children aged 2-21.  She provides assessment and consultation services to assist families with planning their child’s academic career.  Services Molly provides include: educational planning assistance, intelligence assessments, achievement testing, Kindergarten readiness/assessment, and adaptive behavior assessments.
